At LIMÉ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your LIMÉ account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return request.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
